The New Zealand Vocational Education and Training Research Forum is NZ's largest event dedicated specifically to research on aspects of vocational education and training.

The forum is being held at Rutherford House, Victoria University, Wellington, 14th and 15th April, and is bringing together people from across education, government and industry sectors. 

This years range of topics cover: 

  • Skill utilisation and dimensions of skill demand.
  • Supporting effective workplace-based learning.
  • Measuring and enhancing skill impact and productivity benefits of training.
  • Developing management capability.
  • Comparative international approaches to vocational education and training.
  • Literacy, language and learning.
