Now available - Excellence booklet 2009 - Tertiary Teaching Excellence Awardees

The Excellence booklet, profiling the 2009 Tertiary Teaching Excellence Award recipients, is now available.

The profiles of each of the ten awardees (the Prime Minister's Supreme award recipient and nine Sustained Excellence award recipients) are spread over 4 pages of information, including; their teaching philosophies, individual teaching practices, support for learners, cultural awareness, course delivery techniques, and other aspects that have contributed to their Tertiary Teaching Excellence Award.

There is a forward by the Hon Anne Tolley, Minister for Tertiary Education, and comments from Noeline Alcorn, Chair of the Tertiary Teaching Awards Committe, and Dr Peter Coolbear, Director of Ako Aotearoa.
