Ako Aotearoa has already committed well over $2 million to support projects across the entire tertiary sector that focus on improving teaching and learning. We place great emphasis on forming partnerships with the project teams we support, rather than just providing the funds to make projects happen.

Good Practice Publication Grants The Ako Aotearoa Good Practice Publication Grants have been established to celebrate and share high quality teaching and learning practice across the tertiary education sector. More information
Regional Hub Project Funding Ako Aotearoa has funding available for up to $10,000 per project through our Regional Hubs. Proposals may be for either research or activity projects and should align with our vision to create and support the best possible educational outcomes for learners in the tertiary sector. National Project Fund The Ako Aotearoa National Project Fund supports strategic initiatives to improve tertiary teaching and learning. The fund is tertiary specific and focuses on the benefits of tertiary education for learners. More information
