The Utility of Learning Packages and Their Suitability for Building Apprentices

There have been reservations about the style and content of the learning packages which apprentices use to complete parts of their qualifications. Apprentices, employers, BCITO Field Staff and executives were surveyed with the aim of informing a decision about the mode and content of future apprentice education.
