These videos are a series of case studies about the finalists of the HITO training salon of the year award 2009. They describe how learners are supported in the workplace as they develop as hairdressers. These case studies illustrate key training characteristics, excellence in training and professional training achievements that support and enhance the success and motivation of apprentices. The unique features of each finalists are showcased here with the intention to support other hairdressing employers involved in supporting learners in apprenticeships.
