ACE Conference 11-13 June 2010

It was great catching up with so many at the ACE Conference and during our two ACEnet workshops.  As promised during the ACEnet 'Online tools' workshop we would create a space on ACEnet for you to follow up with questions from our workshops. 

During our workshops we introduced to a web-based word processor that allows people to work together in real-time, known as EtherPad.  Google has recently acquired EtherPad and released it as open source.  Explore this tool for yourself by clicking on the following link to open a collaborative pad to work on, email the web address to a colleague or two and arrange to meet online - TypeWith.me  - it's simple to use, give it a try and lets us know how you get on.

ACEnet will also be running a series of webinars over the coming months using ACE Conference presenters.  If you missed a workshop and would like an opportunity to listen and interactive with a particular presenter lets us know by posting a reply in this forum.  Up coming webinar details will be published in the ACEnet weekly resource.
