Margaret presented a Timebanking workshop at the 2010 ACEnet Conference and as a followup we asked Margaret to give an ACEnet webinair on the Lyttelton Project, a non-profit grass-root organisation committed to building sustainabity, support and connections within the Lyttleton community.  Margaret's webinar can be viewed here.  Margaret used a Powerpoint during the webinar which can be viewed below.

Margaret is currently spearheading an application for a national body to oversee the introduction of Timebanking in communities throughout Aotearoa.  The purpose of this forum is to take up Margaret's offer of support for other communities.  Please take this opportunity to post questions here for Margaret to respond to.

Setting up Timebanking

Margaret, thank you for sharing your Powerpoint and time online.  I have a couple of questions not covered in detail in your presentation that I would like you to share if possible.  Can you please outline the committee structure required to set up Timebanking in a community.  How many people and what are the roles of these people. What funding was required to set up your Timebank?  Is there community funding availabe that could be tapped into?
