shar-E-fest

In investigating ways of extending the concept of annual "regional e-symposiums" we have been exploring the concept of a "sharefest" where vocational education and training staff can will share their e-learning experiences. Wintec senior management are very supportive of this initiative and we have booked 27th and 28th September (Monday-Tuesday) to run a shar-E-fest in Hamilton (with a focus on e-learning in practice) with Peter Looms from Denmark as one Keynote.

We are anticipating running 5 x 100 minute practical workshops in a 30 seat computer lab and 30 x 30 minute demonstrations/ symposiums/ round-tables / group work .... .... (35 sessions in all) and with a facilitity for posters.

We are looking at "themes" and wonder if you have suggestions. We are alos looking for ACTIVE members to be part of the organising group and/or peer review panel.

Please contact me if you have any ideas or want further information.
