· To prepare for the Open Space sessions, please think of a topic/issue you would like to work on with a few like-minded people. At the start of the session I will ask for people to come forward and explain briefly what they would like to meet about with others. If you have a topic, this is your opportunity to share views and ideas with your peers.
· For the TEC/NZCER session on Friday, could you please bring any paperwork or ideas you have on addressing the issue around informed consent from learners in using the national assessment tool, related to e.g.
o Using the data for teaching and learning purposes
o Aggregated and anonymised information used in reporting
o Accessing learner results from other organisations (ie where they've come to an ITP from another org and the sharing of literacy and numeracy assessment information)
For the AGM on Thursday, you are all welcome to attend, but we would like at least one person from every member to participate. Members are ITPs only and every ITP has one vote. We have a vacancy in the Executive Committee, so please consider if you are interested in joining.
