Competency Framework for Terti...
Hi David - I say 'me too!".
Our HR are interested in establishing a COmpetency framework that sits aligned to Recruitment, Appraisal, and professional development - its an enormous task and a big contentious field (I've just done a Masters paper on the whole competency movement ) but I would be very keen to not work alone!
I was giving some thought to a research-type project for 2009. I'll keep you posted.

Great resources here - will look at using the framework in PD planning here and the self-assessment tool looks perfect for a competency-based approach to allowing teachers to move into online facilitation.
