Business NZ, the New Zealand Council of Trade Unions, Workbase and the Industry Training Federation jointly published this document to promote their common interests in developing New Zealand's workforce. Industry training literacy, language and numeracy good practice project

The Industry Training Federation led the ITO Literacy and Numeracy Good Practice project in 2009 and 2010. The project set out to research useful practices that ITOs have developed within their embedded literacy and numeracy projects and develop good practice guidelines, tools and resources to share those understandings. The project was sponsored by the TEC. Link to the project website.
