Finding ' I do not know what' for better learner epereince in changing Attitudes and some Knowledge

I am a trainer on ' innovation' through instructior lead training. Our approach is mostly to change the mindsets of people from being passive to active. There are some exercises too ( about ideation techniques ) which depend almost entirely on facilitated practice in class.

I am now looking at ways and means to convert all this, or most of this, to the virtual learning environment.

In my knowledge of ISD, I find it easy to impart technical step-by-step skills through online or CBT teaching. Just simply getting stumped how to change attitudes/mindsets and carry out real-time facilitation, online. Is it all a matter of finding the right web content authoring tool ( readygo wcb seems a nice one ) or more of a instructional design problem, or both.

Through this mail, I wish to at least open up this topic in genrally the right context, so that I may then steer the focus fast.

I am from India, about to start my doctoral studies on this topic.
