A idea about the evaluation survey

I have had an idea and would like your feedback. How about embedding the evaluation survey into the wiki so that people have access to it as they interact with the wiki, rather than waiting until the project is ended. The reason I suggest this is that this will make it easier for me to administer, esepcially if I have no idea of how to track people who use the wiki. What do you think?  Sarah
