It is intended to assist the wider ITPNZ sector to enhance learning outcomes for Māori e-learners.
The report distills and combines the main messages on effective teaching and learning, and the use of e-Learning in blended tertiary courses. An overview of issues and challenges related to teaching and learning in tertiary environments is discussed in the conclusion.
