We build educational capability across the sector and facilitate collaborative activities to promote excellence and enhance learner success. Our work is aligned with key aspects of the Tertiary Education Strategy, particularly for Māori and Pacific learner success.
The Senior Advisor: Professional Learning is a key role in a new strategic direction for the organisation, framed around the development of professional standards for tertiary teaching and pathways to accreditation and qualification. A central aspect of the role is to develop networks of professional learning across the tertiary sector.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have successful experience in educational development in a tertiary setting, with demonstrable knowledge of contemporary approaches to professional learning informed by digital modes of practice.
