Copyright Policy Issues Facing Tertiary Institutions Engaged in e-Learning
This project sought to scope the copyright policy issues which may be encountered by working with e-learning technologies in tertiary settings. In addition, it sought to gauge the current organisational responses to copyright issues arising from e-learning.
The copyright policies with respect to e-learning of 22 tertiary organisations were analysed. The coverage of their policies was examined, and potential gaps in coverage were highlighted.
