Modern Apprenticeships – Completion Analysis
This study examines participation and completion in the context of the Modern Apprenticeships programme. It uses statistical modelling to determine the factors associated with completion in the programme. It follows a cohort of learners who began their training in 2002 and 2003, and tracks their progression through the scheme.
Analysis of data from the Modern Apprenticeships Coordinator dataset and the Industry Training Performance Management System, to model the factors which contribute to completion of the Modern Apprenticeships programme.
