ePosts is envisaged as a ‘sister-resource’ to Signposts and Goalposts, ie a booklet style of 10 one-page ‘primers’ written in simple, accessible language, demystifying concepts, terminology and principles.
The goal is to produce, and pilot, an entry-level handbook for new tertiary teachers, and teachers new to eLearning, so they can introduce effective, proven strategies into their own learning environments.
This highly collaborative project builds on successful work we funded in 2008, ITO Workplace Assessment Structures, led by the Industry Training Federation. The project reviews the principles identified in the earlier study and explores how these principles have been put into practice through a series of case studies at the partnering ITOs.
