Synthesis of Findings
Synthesis of Findings from the Inquiry-Based Learning Project.
A cross-case analysis was performed to provide a synthesis of the results. The objectives of this analysis were to:
- determine how inquiry contributes to the development of graduate attributes in each institution and to government educational priorities
- determine factors that promote the effective use of inquiry
- identify challenges to the effective use of inquiry
- reconsider our conceptualisation of inquiry-based learning.
Accordingly, this section is structured to address these objectives, with each objective being considered in turn.
