Critical Success Factors for Effective Use of e-Learning with Pacific Learners
This project aimed to improve the understanding of e-learning by tertiary staff so that they could use existing tools to better meet the needs of Pacific learners.
Two papers were produced: 'Critical Success Factors for Effective Use of e-Learning by Pacific Learners' and 'Statistical Profile of Pacific Students in Tertiary Education and Engagement in e-Learning'. A website, e-Mat, was also developed around the four key roles which needed building (educators, institution managers, support staff, IT).
The primary output for this project is the website eMat - a place to find resources and ideas about Pacific learning.
The website is available here: http://elearning.itpnz.ac.nz/emat/index.html. [link broken]
