Promoting Reflective Practice at a New Zealand Tertiary Institute: Creating a Conceptual Framework
This research reports on the success of a professional development project undertaken at a New Zealand tertiary organisation. This project aimed to demonstrate to staff the benefits of individual reflection and seeking student feedback on driving organisational change, towards adopting and integrating new technologies into teaching and learning practice.
A pictorial conceptual framework was developed in order to convince staff of the value of these initiatives. Staff perceptions of the framework were also sought.
